Webinar Kewirausahaan Seri 1 “Menggali Potensi Diri”

Bandung, DPBJ-UPI. Pada hari Sabtu 14 Mei 2022, Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang bekerjasama dengan Kirihuci Indonesia menyelenggarakan Webinar Kewirausahaan Seri 1 yang dilaksanakan dari jam 09.00 s.d. 11.00 WIB dengan tema webinar “Menggali Potensi Diri”. Pemateri pada webinar kewirausahaan seri 1 ini yaitu Irwan Hermawan, S.E.,M.M, seorang narasumber kewirausahaan dan UMKM.

Peserta yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan webinar ini berjumlah 69 orang, berasal dari staff dosen Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang FPBS UPI, mahasiswa DPBJ, alumni Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang dan mahasiswa/i dari LP3I.

Menurut Coach Irwan setelah mengetahui potensi diri, hal yang perlu dilakukan: Pertama, harus mempunyai mentor untuk memberikan arahan dan bimbingan; Kedua, harus berada di lingkungan yang kondusif dan ketiga, harus punya batas waktu pencapaian. Menggali potensi diri penting untuk dilakukan dalam upaya mengetahui kegiatan usaha yang dapat dilakukan.
